SPECIFICITY STYLES OF SELF-REGULATION OF CONDUCT NURSES WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY

Abstract
The article about results of the study of self-style behavior of nurses with different levels of professional mobility and found the place construct professional mobility in the style of self-regulation of behavior. It is clarified that the issue of individual style of self-regulation, despite its importance, is understudied. Was established that self-style behavior of nurses have differences in individuals with different levels of professional mobility. In the nurses diagnosed prevalence of mid-level professional mobility. It’s revealed that the level of self-style behavior increases with an increasing level of professional mobility.
