SPECIFICS OF CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS IN ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT CONSIDERING THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
The article developed theoretical and applied provisions for construction and use of administration systems in enterprises management considering the European integration. In this context, the administrating is treated as the kind of managerial activity that ensure the targeted impact of managing system at the managed one throughout all the stages of management technology, based on the documentation, office-work, informational support and management procedures formalization. The generalized structure of administration systems in the enterprise management has been presented. The substantive content of every key element of administration systems (informational provision, documentation, office-work and management procedures formalization) has been reviewed. The possible actions with documents in the administration systems within enterprise management have been singled out. The key advantages of implementing the electronic document flow systems within the systems of business entities administration have been determined.
