СПЕЦИФІКА ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ МЕДИЧНОГО КОЛЕДЖУ

Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of the functioning of the medical college: the implementation of professional educational programs of higher education of I-II level of accreditation, the strengthening of fundamental training; changing the ratio of theoretical and practical training; strengthening the professional and ethical-deontological focus; expansion of training content; orientation to mastering new technologies of medical activity; multifunctionality of educational institution; ensuring continuity in education; interaction with universities and medical institutions; improvement of the professional and pedagogical culture of the teaching staff; educating medical education; research work of teachers and students; introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies. The interpretation of the concept of medical college is submitted. The criteria for the activity of its individual subsystems are proposed.
