Aims & Objectives 1. To evaluate different presentations of Hydatid cyst 2. To evaluate unusual locations of Hydatid cyst. 3. To evaluate Hydatid cyst related complications Conclusions: Hydatid Cyst should be kept in mind as a possible differential diagnosis in all cystic lesions occurring in any organ in the body. Complications due to Hydatid Cyst are many & varied in nature Hence a systematic approach to Imaging & careful analysis of possible complications is mandatory to arrive at an accurate diagnosis
