Abstract
Spindle cell carcinoma is a rare highly malignant squamous cell carcinoma. Here, we describe a case of a 33-year-old female who presented with history of pain and swelling in the left mandibular region. Histological analysis revealed spindle squamous cell carcinoma and surgical resection alone was performed initially. A re-excision was made followed by adjuvant chemoradiotherapy after reccurence.
