Spindle Cell Carcinoma of Oral Cavity: A Rare Aggressive Variant of Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Spindle cell variant of squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity is a rare but aggressive variant. A case report with review of literature is presented highlighting the importance of good clinical suspicion and correct histopathological diagnosis with the help of immunohistochemistry.
