СПІВВІДНОШЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОГО ТА НАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО ПРАВОПОРЯДКІВ

Abstract
The article examines the universal nature and trajectory of the development of international legal order. It is argued that the tendency of convergence of national legal systems, which aims to harmonize national law with international norms, is based on the fact that integration and globalization processes highlight the issue that cannot be answered without concerted action. Proceeding from the fact that the latter are based on the developed interaction of national and international law, it is proved that pluralism is a credible alternative of the conflicting doctrines of monism and dualism.
