Spontaneous Remission of Bronchial Asthma as Onset of Atypical Cushing’s Disease

Abstract
The article presents a case of delayed diagnosis of Сushing’s disease in a female patient as a result of the incomplete and atypical clinical picture of hypercorticoidism. In everyday practice, professionals should be concerned about the timely diagnosis of Сushing’s disease in patients with syntropic pathology (dysplastic obesity, hypertension, carbohydrate metabolism disorder). It is proved that an unrecognized hypercortisolism significantly increases cardiovascular risks. Timely and correct diagnosis of the disease, before development of severe complications, will greatly improve the prognosis of patients.
