Abstract

Alt ho ugh the ti me fra me from the be gin ning of the chan ges is re la ti vely short, cer tain con clu si ons and ex pe ri en ces abo ut cur rent pro blems can be pre sen ted. Ac co r ding to cur rent ex pe ri en ces, new le gi sla tion was ina de qu a tely pre ci se and cor rect in pro per sport ca te go ri za tion, con si de ring its dis tin cti ons as mul ti di sci pli nary and spe ci fi c sci en ti fi c area. It al so fa i led to re cog ni ze ne eds and dif fe ren ces of sport hig her edu ca tion in sti tu ti ons in con nec tion with stu dents and te ac hing staff pro fi le and qu a lity. Abo ve-men ti o ned fac tors ca u sed pro blems which oc cur red in pro cess of ac cre di tation, know led ge tran sfer pro cess, fi n ding and ade qu a te te ac hing staff ac qu i ring with danger of po ten tial lo we ring of num bers and qu a lity of fu tu re gra du a tes. As a con clu sion, it can be said that prompt im pro ve ments and chan ges of cur rent le gi sla ti ve are ne e ded in or der to me et true ne eds of sport and sport edu ca tion.
