СПОСОБИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНО-ІДЕОЛОГІЧНОЇ СУТНОСТІ У РАДЯНСЬКІЙ АРХІТЕКТУРІ 1940-Х – 1950-Х РОКІВ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the form and style of Soviet architecture of the late 1930s - early 1950s, which was formed under the influence of the Soviet political regime. It was discovered that the Soviet architecture of the Stalin era was formed on the basis of classical principles, large scale, symmetrical architectural and spatial composition, borrowed from the architectural heritage of the Russian Empire as a means of reflecting of the principles of the formation of the urban environment of the totalitarian regime. In addition, Stalin's architecture differed from the architecture of European states of that time by rich decorative character and abundant state symbols that had to create the impression of happiness for workers and the promise of a bright future.
