СПРОС И ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ В ИТ-СЕГМЕНТЕ РЫНКА ТРУДА АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНА

Abstract
В настоящей статье на основе результатов мониторинга спроса и предложения в ИТ-сегменте рынка труда Азербайджана рассмотрена современная ситуация в сфере кадрового обеспечения ИТ-отрасли. Показаны проблемы, обуславливающие рассогласованность спроса и предложения на рынке труда. Проведен анализ спроса и предложения в ИТ-сегменте рынка труда с позиций ИТ-специалистов, работодателей и экспертов. Исследованы вопросы притока и оттока ИТ-специалистов и дана оценка доли ИТ-специалистов, сменивших сферу деятельности.
