Spying system crime affecting the security of the state in the criminal code of Azerbaijan republic

Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of espionage by the criminal legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic. In article the concept of state security, also system of the crimes encroaching on safety of the state are considered. The author has in details analysed structure of the crime considered in article. As a result, the author presented his proposals and recommendations on this issue.
