Abstract
В статье проведён анализ инновационной политики Европейского союза, США, Японии, Украины, Польши. В результате этого сформированы основы стратегии и инструменты стимулирования инновационности в контексте европейской интеграции и исследование эволюции деятельности в этом направлении. В статье проведена оценка эффективности инновационной политики государств (Европейского союза, США, Японии, Украины, Польши) на основе глобального индекса инновационности, а также определены приоритеты инновационного развития стран.
