Сriminal-legal protection of human rights to respect of private life according to the criminal legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova

Abstract
The article deals with the comparative legal study of the mechanism of the criminal legal protection of the human right to respect of private life under the Criminal Codes of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. An attempt has been made to identify common and distinctive features of the crimes with violating the right to privacy of a person, as well as provide some changes in both Criminal Code of Ukraine and Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova.
