Abstract
Changes in armed fighting theory and its new concepts influence the operations and development of individual systems of fight, and electronic warfare (EW) systems as well. EW units being improved structurally and organisationally cause that new concepts of waging operations are more widely reflected in equipment and inventive organisational solutions and tactical accomplishment of tasks Many plans are verified while they are being prepared. Many organisational assumptions result from acquiring experience in peace and stabilisation missions. The results of these experiences have an effect on the directions of WE theory and practice development. While planning future operations in a dispersed environment one cannot forget of pre-emptive character of implemented reconnaissance systems and measures which should not only meet the demands of a contemporary battlefield in the moment of its implementation but also exist in the future, i.e. changes in people's mentality, concepts of the system application thus raising awareness in environments that have not been identified so far. The aim of this process is to reach such a degree of the WE system effectiveness that one could conduct complex tasks better in the future.
