STAFF MOTIVATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY EXTENSION

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the improvement of staff motivation system of the enterprise. The authors pay attention to foreign economic activity, which is a priority for Ukraine. Theoretical foundations of pay systems are reviewed in the article. Forms of foreign economic activity are matched with payment systems. Development of additional staff motivation through financial motivation is proposed by the authors.
