STAFF’S CORPORATE CONSCIOUSNESS AS A BASIS FOR EMPLOYMENT POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Specifics of corporate consciousness development in Ukraine are discussed in the article. Corporate consciousness serves as a framework for understanding the current trend within enterprises. Attitude of staff and managers of the industry enterprises towards corporate consciousness was analyzed. The enterprise development stage is described in this article. The functions of a leader in the development of corporate consciousness are defined.
