Stages of development of public relations in the field of information security

Abstract
The article describes the main stages of development of public relations in the field of information security. Clearly establishes the chronological boundaries of each of the stages. The authors define the phases based on the technical development of the information communication, information pro- tection, administration of user access to information resources.
