STAGES OF THE CONCLUSION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the restoration of the main stages of the conclusion of an administrative contract. The analysis has suggested the procedure for concluding an administrative agreement, as well as differentiation of the concepts of “the con- clusion of the stage of the contract” and “the procedure to conclude the agreement”. As a result of the analysis of the basic stage of the conclusion of an administrative contract.
