Abstract
In the article describes the peculiarities and current state of the banking crediting of agrarian sector in Lviv region. Describes major trends of attracting credit resources, including in the context of their urgency. During the analyzed period, agricultural enterprises attracted mainly short-term loans, making it difficult for them to ensure the process of expanded reproduction. Analyzed the cost of credit resources, their structure attract industries. Banking institutions prefer lending to enterprises of the processing industry, because they have a much higher level of creditworthiness compared to agricultural enterprises. Explores the place of the state in the process of stimulating Bank lending to the agricultural sector. Found that the program of partial compensation of cost of credit resources is not effective. Concessional loans are mainly not agricultural enterprises that most need them, and those processors that have a sufficient level of liquidity. Outlined the main directions of improving credit provision to the agricultural sector of the economy. For this purpose it is necessary to form a system of relations between producer – banking institution – the state, which would allow access to credit to a wide range of manufacturers, to cheapen the cost, to ensure the effective use of budgetary funds
