Abstract
Medicinal plant raw materials and medicinal products from it have low toxicity, soft and effective effect on the organism and are increasingly used in medical practice. Vegetable raw materials serve as a source of obtaining more than a third of all medicines. Expanding the arsenal of medicines from plant raw materials, increasing the requirements for the quality of drugs currently used require a new approach to their analysis and standardization. All this attracts the attention of researchers to the improvement of methods of standardization and quality control of this group of drugs. Medicinal plants of Fragaria vésca and Potentilla erécta of the Rosaceae family are quite widely represented in the plant kingdom of the Russian Federation and are widely used in medical practice. The authors studied external and anatomical signs, numerical indicators of raw material quality, suggested methods for standardizing raw materials for the main group of biologically active substances, which formed the basis for regulatory documents for medicinal plant raw materials.
