STATE AND DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the place and role of small and medium enterprises, the state and trends of their development. The basic structural and functional indicators of SME development are analyzed. The advantages of small and medium enterprises creation and development, stages of formation, reasons and inhibitory factors of SMEs functioning are revealed.
