STATE AND PROSPECTS OF FORMATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article analyzes the nature of civil society in order to justify their place and role in modern Ukraine, development and perspectives of civil society in close cooperation with the state. The essence, civil society, and theoretical models of interaction between civil society and the state. It is determined that the state must implement the development of civil society by combining Ukrainian and European experience. Noted that the essence of civil society consists primarily in ensuring human rights. Identity in civil society is guaranteed by law the right of choice of various forms of economic, social and other activities, the selection of a particular ideology, worldview and the like. Civil society is a totality of social relations (economic, social, spiritual), formal and informal structures that meet the needs and realize the interests of individuals or groups, corresponding to the achieved level of social development.
