STATE AND WAYS OF FORMING CORPORATE CULTURE OF POLICE

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the state and ways of forming the corporate culture of the employees of the National Police of Ukraine. The essence of the corporate culture of the police and the factors influencing its state are formulated. On the basis of empirical research, there were identified gaps in the corporate culture of police officers. The conclusion is made on the need to improve the organizational and managerial mechanisms of work with personnel: a comprehensive approach to the formation of a corporate culture and proposes concrete steps to address this problem, which include such generalization directions, as perceptions of each mission of the Ukrainian police, norms of corporate behavior; creation of a positive socio-psychological climate, improvement of working conditions, improvement of the culture of the commander’s staff and improvement of his professional training; improving the image of the police in society.
