STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL AS A MEANS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The article is written in connection with the increase in the role of state financial control as an effective means of administrative and legal regulation of the economy, which influences the effective use of financial resources of the state. The article presents the concept of control, state financial control and comments of the famous scientists regarding the essence of these concepts. It also briefly describes the system of state financial control in Ukraine and the prospects for its further reformation in connection with signature of the Association Agreement with the European Union by Ukraine.
