State of affaires of Greek-Catholic Church in Poland prior to the Concordate of 1925

Abstract
This article is focused on the State of affaires of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in Polish sate from the time, when the Allied Powers put Eastern Galicia under Polish control (1919, 1923) up untill the Concordate between the Apostolic See and Poland was signed in February 1925; in this regard the absence of the juridical regulations, economic hardships and ethical quandary have been analyzed.
