State programs for the development of the economic system of a region

Abstract
State programs are the most effective part of the mechanism of state regulation of a region. Depending on the source of funding and the scope of implementation, government programs have been considered, in particular: national, regional and local. The main priority directions of the region’s development are determined. A number of problems are identified for the implementation of existing state programs and proposed as a component of the mechanism of state regulation of the development of a region to develop and further implement a comprehensive program for the development of a region.
