STATE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY: LEGAL ANALYSIS AND TRENDS

Abstract
Over the past decades have been characterized by positive trends increase the number of business entities. Quite important in this context, analyze the system of state regulation of economic activity and key trends. The article is devoted to the main problems of legal support of regulatory policy in the sphere of management. The author analyzes the legal nature of the concept of “state regulatory policy in economic activity”, as well as the mechanism of its formation and implementation, the author’s own definition of this concept, and offers recommendations for further improvement of legislation in this area. After analyzing the main researchers suggested the definition of regulatory policy, we have concluded that they are somewhat incomplete, as each of them reveals only fragments of some signs. We offer own author’s definition of Regulatory Policy in Economic Activity: this is the direction of government economic policy to ensure the effective state influence on economic and social processes and optimization of administrative and legal regulation of economic relations, aimed at improving the legal regulation of economic relations between public authorities and other entities regulatory impact and entities prevent the adoption uneconomical and inefficient regulations, optimization limits state intervention in business entities Analysis of legal regulation of Regulatory Policy in Economic activities, scientific works of scientists gives reason to identify the following major trends in the system of state regulation of economic activity: reduce regulatory impact; reducing the tax burden; support for small and medium enterprises etc.
