STATE REGULATION OF INVESTMENTS IN LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE

Abstract
The need to accelerate the pace of development of logistics infrastructure by providing the analysis of logistics performance index (LPI) is defined. This requires increasing the investment attractiveness of the country. The necessity to continue regulating legislation process of Ukraine, harmonization of national standards with international, especially in logistics infrastructure construction is identified. The relevancy to develop public-private programs in the area of logistics infrastructure construction to facilitate the attraction of investment resources is established, according to the requirements for energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, safety and work culture, social orientation.
