STATE REGULATION OF THE ASYLUM SYSTEM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes formation and development of state administrative structures that concerns the implementation of asylum legislation from date declaration independence of Ukraine. The national legislation review and compliance with international and European standards at all stages of the development asylum system in Ukraine. Relevant statistics for the last three years have been provided.
