State support for development of rural areas

Abstract
In article analyzes the development programs of rural areas, which are now operating, on the basis of the cooperative movement. It is determined that the development of rural areas is a priority for reforming the economy of Ukraine. Indicated the development of the cooperative movement plays a decisive role in the development of market relations in rural areas. It has been established that one of the main directions of increasing the role of cooperatives in the development of rural territories is the improvement of state support for regional development. The basic principles of support and development of service cooperation at the state level have been developed. Are proposed practical on the policy directions for the implementation of rural development programs.
