State, trends and efficiency of soil reclamation in Ukraine

Abstract
The state, trends and effectiveness of soil reclamation in Ukraine were determined. It was analyzed the intensity and relative productivity using irrigated and drained lands in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. Indicators of relative using efficiency of irrigated and drained lands in farms were defined and analyzed. The necessity of increasing intensity, relative productivity and economic efficiency of irrigated and drained lands in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine was defined. For this purpose it should be introduced organizational and managerial, technological, technical, economic, social, legal and environmental innovations.
