Static Model And Analysis of Micro Gas Turbine Using Autodesk Inventor And Autodesk Nastran Software
Journal Title: IOSR Journal of Mechanical and Civil Engineering (IOSR-JMCE) - Year 2018, Vol 15, Issue 4
Abstract
In this project development of Micro gas turbine with three different materials are tested and designed using Autodesk inventor and Autodesk nestron software. Generally micro gas turbine is a size so they are compactable and easy maintains compared to large turbines. in this project three different materials like Aluminium and Stainless steel and Tiatanium are used for turbine blade .the solid model is created using Auto desk inventor software and analysis is is done by using Autodesk nestron Software. the micro gas turbine are few rotating parts so the frictional losses and pollution is less compared to other power generating elements. the micro gas turbine are quicker to respond to output power requirements and also more efficient than other machine elements. Micro turbine being small in size as compared to large turbine, such that less weight which reflects on pressure ratio, low cost and easy maintenance. K

Application of Shear Deformation Theory for Analysis of CCCS and SSFS Rectangular Isotropic Thick Plates
This paper presents the application of shear deformation theory for pure bending analysis of CCCS and SSFS rectangular isotropic using polynomial shape function. The theory herein accounts for shear deformation and no sh...
Significance of Sampling Location and Percentage Replacement of Additives on Index Properties of Stabilised Subgrade Soils: A Statistical Approach
Laboratory tests were conducted on soil samples collected from three locations namely, Osu, Ajebandele and Aba-gbooro, in Osun state. Some geotechnical properties of soils were examined, thereafter steel slag (SS) collec...
Development of Quadratic Triangular (T6) Elements in Java
This study developed Quadratic Triangular (T6) elements using an object oriented approach and the Java programming language. A review of the work of Kansara (2004) and Nikishkov (2010) was conducted to develop a finite e...
Design and Fabrication of A Single Acting Hydraulic Crane
In this present work, the designed and fabrication of a single acting hydraulic crane was carried out. The hydraulic crane is made up of the following main components; the hydraulic actuator or actuating cylinder, the ma...
Design, Construction And Performance Evaluation of Earth-To Air Heat Exchanger For Room Heating Applications
Earth air heat exchanger (EAHX) is a subterranean ventilation system that explores soil temperature below the surface to pre-cool or pre-heat ventilation air. Performance of the earth air heat exchanger varies with clima...
