Abstract
Introduction Facial paralysis is an unsatisfactory pathology to treat and the results of neural reconstruction are unsatisfactory and over the last few decades several techniques static and dynamics have been performed to improve facial asymmetry and functionality alter suffering facial paralysisMethods we presenting a case report to evaluate the benefits of a new form of facial suspension with prolene sutures traction technique We performed on a patient with partial facial palsyResults six months after surgery patient have improved facial asymmetry mastication and speech production which have led to a higher selfesteem and major social interactionConclusions static facial suspension with prolene sutures is a better alternative to dynamic techniques in patients who donrsquot want or canrsquot undergo more complex surgeriesKeywords Facial palsy Facial nerve Static suspension Reanimation
