STATISTICA OFICIALĂ ŞI PROVOCĂRILE PRIVIND “FOTOGRAFIEREA” CRIZEI ECONOMICE ŞI FINANCIARE

Abstract
Articolul se referă la translatarea în statistica europeană a priorităţilor pe termen lung care să răspundă problemelor structurale cu care se confruntă în prezent Europa. Este vorba de conturarea acelor domenii statistice care să poată oferi pachetul de date şi informaţii statistice necesare fundamentării corecte şi la timp a iniţiativelor politice. În particular, este analizat Semestrul european şi comentate noile abordări generate în statistica oficială de acest instrument de coordonare a politicilor economice şi fiscale ale statelor membre din UE. În contextul obiectivelor comunitare, Institutul Naţional de Statistică din România, îşi propune, printre alte acţiuni de reflectare a fenomenelor şi proceselor de actualitate cu care se confruntă societatea în ansamblul său, priorităţi adaptate imperativelor de monitorizare sub aspect statistic a efectelor crizei economice şi financiare.
