Statistical analysis of the impact of education on employment

Abstract
The process of employment generation is of a spontaneous territorial nature and needs an incentive mechanism. The article provides a statistical analysis of the structure of employment depending on the level of education over the past 7 years. The gradual reduction of employment growth, especially of the population with higher education, is revealed. The rate of employment growth of the population with higher education decreased from 13.6% to 1.6%, with a technical average from 8.4% to 0.32%, without education from 50% to 12.2%. Thus, it is shown that the country does not create enough new jobs, which can lead to an increase in social tension.
