Statistical aspect: preschool education as a complex of the educational process

Abstract
The article is devoted to the assessment of the availability of preschool education, the definition of the basic principles and directions of child upbringing. The author analyzes the number of preschool establishments, the availability of vacancies in preschool institutions in Ukraine and the coverage of pre-school institutions of children of the corresponding age. The basic problems and perspectives of development of preschool education are determined.
