Abstract
At the 151 years anniversary of official statistics in Romania (1859- 2010) setting up the World Day of Statistics (October 20, 2010) to be celebrated in the whole world – represents for our country the recognition of importance and role of statistics, statisticians’ work along time, for development and modernization.
