Statutory regulation of easy-term housing loan for youth in Ukraine and dimensions of its development

Abstract
In the article the problem of peculiarities of statuary regulation of easy-term housing loan for youth in Ukraine is discussed. The analysis of reasonability and efficiency of legislative acts that determine mechanisms of youth housing credit is conducted by the author. At the end of research conclusions are made and necessity of development of legal framework in present conditions is described.
