STIMULATION FEATURES OF STAFF TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT AT INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

Criteria for assessing the quality of work of scientific and pedagogical workers are researched in the article. Modern staff stimulation systems to professional self-improvement are analyzed. Boundary load limits as the basis for activating scientific and pedagogical activities during off-hours are defined.
