STIMULATION OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article considers elements of stimulation of state innovation policy and the modern regulatory framework that defines the legal, economic, and organizational foundations of scientific, technical, and innovation activity. The amount of financing aimed at developing the agrarian sector of the economy according to the State Target Program for the Agrarian Sector of the Economy for the Period until 2020 and the Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of Ukraine for 2017” is outlined. The productivity of agrarian science is determined: financial results and creation of intellectual products. The models of activation of innovative activity of agrarian enterprises are investigated.
