STOCK MARKET REGULATORY FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT IN TERMS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article discusses the problems of the stock market regulatory framework development according to the European legislation requirements on the example of corporate governance. Particular steps of the process of implementation were suggested. The Ukrainian corporate governance was analyzed, the main problems were outlined and, based on the analysis of the practice of European countries, in particular, transition economies, the ways of their solution were provided.
