Strategic alternatives to hydrocarbons for the propotion of the development (a model for the region of Bechar).

Abstract
Compte tenu de l’importance du pétrole dans l'économie algérienne, et du fait qu’il s’agit d’une ressource non renouvelable d'une part, et parce qu'elle se caractérise par des fluctuations de prix importantes d'autre part, la question de l'intérêt pour l'exploitation rationnelle et raisonnable de cette ressource est considérée comme plus que nécessaire pour économie rentière comme celle de l'Algérie. Les secteurs de l'agriculture, de l'industrie et du tourisme, peuvent de ce fait, contribuer à un développement durable de l'économie nationale, et cet article explore justement et par le biais de quelques scénarios et exemples ces substituts au modèle de rente actuel, et notamment au sud-ouest Algérien et plus précisément dans la région de Béchar.
