STRATEGIC ANALYSIS OF USING THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF INTEGRATED ENTERPRISES

Abstract
This article summarizes the main approaches to the resource potential usage analysis, formulates the basic stages of this process in terms of integrated production. On the basis of systematization of integrated assessment indicators of the resource potential of integrated enterprises the methodology for analyzing the resource potential, which is based on the methodof distance was developed. Testing of the proposed methods of analysis was conducted using the domestic and foreign enterprises’ indicators. The resource level of observable enterprises from a position of the strategic approach feasibility was defined. The graphical interpretation of analysis results that enables to determine the strategic position of the company on the basis of resources was presented.
