STRATEGIC ASPECTS OF UKRAINIAN EXECUTIVE STATE POWER BODIES’ ACTIVITY LEGAL FRAMEWORK IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article discloses the key aspects of modernization of normative and legal basis of executive state power and its central apparatus activity. Within the framework of the carried research, the necessity of authority relocation within Ukrainian executive power system and turning the system from administrative- political to common political is substantiated. The problem with executive bodies normative overloading is analyzed in terms of annual quantitative indicators of their normative legal acts enactments without having a common legal technique, appropriate options for solving the problem are provided. According to given analysis’ results, the concept of executive state power central bodies of Ukraine functional optimization and the constitutional legal framework for their activities modernization is formulated.
