STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS MOTIVATION IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The possibilities of using modern forms of staff stimulation at agricultural enterprises are proved to improve effectiveness of their work and orientation on the perspective of the enterprise development. Suggestions for improving work assessment in agriculture as the basis of its motivation are developed. The approaches to the construction of work motivation system in agricultural enterprises are proved and directions for improving the management process of motivation are proposed.
