Strategic management of innovative development of health care

Abstract
The article analyzes the ways of improving strategic management of healthcare innovative development. The structural model of strategic management of healthcare innovative development has been proposed. The implementation of the innovation scenario is primarily due to an increase in the role and activity of state institutions, and effective tools of state regulation of innovation processes has been identified. An expert assessment of the social significance of innovative medical technologies introduction based on the analytical hierarchy process Saati has been carried out. The study made it possible to determine that the primary task for the overall improvement of health care in Ukraine is the formation by the state of measures for the introduction of cytotoxic chemotherapy for the treatment of 3-4 stages of oncological diseases.
