СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ ПЛАНУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЖИТЛОМ НАСЕЛЕННЯ

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of housing provision of the population, examines the main indicators of the construction industry. Problems related to housing construction have been identified. The ways of improving the provision of housing to the population at the state level are suggested. Prerequisites and principles for the formation of strategic housing planning for the population, taking into account proposals to improve and normalize strategic planning in modern conditions. Prospects for future research are to find public management tools to influence the formation of strategies that plan the development of housing construction, provided that the state needs a diverse population and provides opportunities to meet the effective demand for residential population.
