Strategy of corporate culture’s management

Abstract

The article examines the process of formation of corporate culture in modern conditions. The necessity of replacing the old Soviet model of corporate culture with the modern system of the Western European type in the Ukrainian environment was revealed. The focus is on the first stage of this process, namely the creation of material and spiritual-ideological elements of the organization. The following material elements of corporate culture are investigated: technological culture, culture of labor processes and the area of activity. The following spiritual and ideological elements of the company are analyzed: the organizational climate and the world outlook of the workers. The issue of creating unique company symbols was highlighted, and a number of rules for creating a corporate style were given. The necessity of creating a system for monitoring the organizational behavior of employees is substantiated as an important tool for the development of corporate culture. The article examines the process of creating a system of incentives and methods for increasing the motivation of employees, which should be used by modern Ukrainian entrepreneurs. The stage of popularization of the existing corporate culture among the workers of the organization is researched.
