STRATEGY OF THE SPIRITUALLY-NOOSPHERE-SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC ANTICRISIS DEVELOPMENT AS A VECTOR OF TRANSITION TO VALUE RATIONALITY

Abstract
The anti-crisis format of scientific research of the economy, and, more broadly, of the economy, must become personal, for it is the individual who is the basic free-responsible creative subject of the creation., the nucleus of human-dimensional complexes – the subject of analysis of the new. Proceeding from its basic postnonclassical human-science postulates: the axioms of a single tri-static – the spiritual-bio-social nature of man; unonomy of humanity and the "freedom-responsibility" archetype, it is necessary to update the economic methodology, which is connected with the transition to value rationality. Anticrisis human activity for the sake of the welfare of Ukrainians should be achieved through the development and implementation of a national anti-crisis strategy of spiritually-noosphere-sustainable economic development. A special role in its formation belongs to the neodirizhm of the state, which becomes the highest manifestation of the spiritually ideal in the economic transformation of the material world.
